American Hauling Solutions offers residential and commercial dumpster rental services in the East Bay area of California. Availability, pricing, and service terms may vary by location and project type.
2. Customer Responsibilities
When booking a dumpster rental, you agree to:
- Provide accurate delivery and contact information
- Ensure there is safe, clear access for delivery and pickup
- Avoid overloading the dumpster or placing prohibited materials inside
- Review and comply with any additional disclaimers or waivers provided at checkout or delivery
3. Prohibited Materials
You may not dispose of the following items in our dumpsters:
- Hazardous or toxic materials
- Paints, solvents, and batteries
- Asbestos, tires, or electronics (unless authorized)
- Any material deemed illegal or unsafe by local, state, or federal laws
Violations may result in additional fees or refusal of service.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed. We accept various forms of payment through secure third-party providers. Any additional charges (e.g. overweight fees, extended rental time, failed pickups) will be billed to the payment method on file.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery may be eligible for a full refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds for early pickups or unused rental days are not guaranteed.
6. Damage Waiver
We are not responsible for damage to driveways, landscaping, or underground utilities caused by dumpster placement or movement, especially in cases where the customer has instructed placement. Please review our Service Waiver for additional details.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
8. Website Use
You may not use our website to:
- Interfere with the operation of the site
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Post spam, malicious code, or misleading content
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at our discretion.
