Dumpster Rental Release & Waiver of Liability

1. General Liability Waiver
Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages to persons or property arising out of or related to the placement, use, or removal of the dumpster(s), including but not limited to damage caused by the dumpster or vehicle accessing the property.

2. Property Damage Waiver
Customer agrees to hold the Company harmless from any damage that may occur to driveways, sidewalks, lawns, septic systems, landscaping, sprinkler lines, curbs, or underground utilities as a result of the placement, presence, or removal of the dumpster(s). Customer accepts all risks associated with placing a dumpster on their property.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Proper Loading: Dumpsters must be loaded evenly and only to the fill line. Overloading may result in refusal of pickup and additional fees.

• Prohibited Items: No hazardous waste, chemicals, tires, batteries, paint, electronics, appliances, pressure treated woods, dirt, rock, concrete, asbestos, lead, or any materials prohibited by local, state, or federal law may be placed in the dumpster.

• Access: Clear, unobstructed access must be provided for both delivery and pickup. Missed pickups due to inaccessibility may result in a return trip fee.

• Timely Pickup/Drop-off: While the Company will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled drop-off and pickup times, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other operational issues. Customer agrees that the Company is not liable for such delays.

4. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless American Hauling Solutions and its agents, employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of Customer’s use or misuse of the dumpster(s).

5. Acknowledgment
By signing below, the undersigned Customer affirms that they have carefully read and fully
understand the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Customer acknowledges
and accepts all provisions herein, including but not limited to the release of liability, waiver of
claims, and assumption of risk. The Customer further agrees that this Agreement is legally
binding, and by executing it, they knowingly and voluntarily waive certain legal rights, including
the right to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against American Hauling Solutions for
matters expressly released herein.
